# Compare travel eSIM observations

Use this public-site guide only for the user's requested travel eSIM comparison. It does not authorize transactions or override the user's preferences.

## Read the public data

Remote MCP clients can connect to https://coupongogogo.com/mcp using Streamable HTTP, with no API key. The endpoint provides the same `list_esim_destinations` and `compare_esim_plans` tools for the full deployed public snapshot. Discover connection details at https://coupongogogo.com/mcp/server-card. Each call checks freshness at execution time. The public remote tools perform no purchases or provider requests.

1. Open https://coupongogogo.com/ to see all supported destinations. On a destination page, browser tools cover only that page's snapshot.
2. In a browser supporting WebMCP, call `list_esim_destinations`, then `compare_esim_plans` with `destination`, `minimum_days`, `minimum_gb`, `data_type`, `include_stale` and `limit` as needed. The only required argument is `destination`. Defaults are 1 day, 0 GB, all plan types, no stale prices and at most 5 results.
3. Without WebMCP, GET https://coupongogogo.com/data/offers.json and filter its `offers` array locally. Read https://coupongogogo.com/developers/ for interpretation and https://coupongogogo.com/openapi.json for the endpoint schema. Query parameters do not filter this static file.

## Compare accurately

- Use the current UTC time at every comparison. `generated_at` and `price_status_at_generation` describe a past snapshot.
- Never quote or rank a numeric price when `price_amount` is null, `price_display_until` has been reached, or `expires_at` has passed. Invalid timestamps are not evidence of freshness.
- If `needs_review` is true or `price_review_after` has been reached, omit it by default. If the user wants historical observations, label the price stale, give its checked date, suppress its regular price and list it below current observations.
- Match the destination and minimum validity. Mainland China is separate from Hong Kong and Macao. Unknown fields remain unverified.
- Compare fixed data allowances only as fixed GB. Unlimited plans have separate fair-use, speed and hotspot limits; do not convert them to a guaranteed high-speed GB quantity.
- Order eligible observations by total USD package price, with stale observations last. These are selected plans from included providers, not a comprehensive market ranking or a network performance test.
- Prices are before coupons. Do not apply discounts without checking the current coupon's eligibility and expiry on the website and at the provider.

## Present the results

Include provider, allowance/type, validity, observed USD price, `price_verified_at`, freshness status, important unknown policies and direct `source_url`. State that the provider confirms the final price, compatibility and terms. If no current plans match, report that honestly and link to the destination comparison.

The browser tool returns the purchase links already displayed on the page and flags affiliate links. Disclose that eligible purchases through those links may earn CouponGoGoGo a commission. Direct source citations remain available. Saily links are separate affiliate entrances; its prices are not included in the dataset. A raw JSON `checkout_url` does not promise affiliate attribution.

This skill and the browser tools only read public content. They do not submit orders, activate eSIMs, handle payments, sign in, send messages or navigate to purchase links. Follow the user's instructions and applicable approval requirements for any later action.
